The story moved really fast which I do love but it kind of felt empty in some parts at the same time.ĭid the narration match the pace of the story? The love between the 2 seems to of been rushed. It almost felt like a wham bam thank you mam kind of thing. Get rid of Kirby and add in a few more details to the story line itself. How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable? I'm not really trying to discourage the purchase of these novels, but I felt the need to share my feelings as a sort of warning incase someone possesses the same views.įew things seem to of been missing from the story Then if these novels are not marketed for teens then I feel a little like a pedophile, which is worse! Make the decision for yourself. Its hard enough to get their hormones in check long enough to go do something productive and stories like this will kill the efforts. I myself was a sexually active teen, and teens being sexually active is not going to change, but that doesn't make it a good thing and this feels like encouragement! For a teenage girl, with little sexual experience, picking up the Vincent Boys novels could amp up her imagination to the point of thinking about little else. First love and vague details of their sweet pairing is great, but this was Teen Smut, like "Barely-legal" porn.I'm not wholly OK with that. I like both genres but am unsettled by the two mixing. I didn't hate this book, I kinda liked it, and its very hot.but it makes me feel dirty and not in the good way This is more erotic romance than mature YA romance. Writing this review for both Vincent Boy novels.

Sawyer and Lana’s romance just got steamier in this companion to the original that includes scandalous, heart-pounding scenes. Sawyer and Lana may have different motives, but their scintillating hookups are the same kind of steamy. What starts as a carefree fling becomes a lusty game of seduction. Sawyer doesn’t know if Lana can heal his broken heart, but spending time with her might at least make Ashton jealous. Ashton’s cousin has always been sweet and soft-spoken, but now she’s drop-dead gorgeous as well. He’s lost his best girl to his best friend. If only he’d get over Ashton - because Lana is sick of second-best. Lana has a chance to make Sawyer see her, and she’s taking it. And she’s always had Sawyer Vincent - the only boy Lana’s ever wanted - wrapped around her finger. Ashton always made perfect grades, had tons of friends, and looks model perfect. Lana has lived her life in her cousin’s shadow.

Especially when he’s been in love with your cousin for as long as you can remember. Getting a boy to fall head-over-heels in love with you isn’t easy. Hot romance is the cure for heartbreak in this sequel to The Vincent Boys.
